In this live-virtual, interactive class, you'll learn what to expect during the first days after birth, how to establish a healthy milk supply, how to recognize a good latch, and how to avoid many of the common challenges new parents face. You'll leave with practical knowledge, realistic expectations, and the confidence to begin your breastfeeding journey.

Whether this is your first baby or you've breastfed before, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn evidence-based information, and feel supported every step of the way.

The class is free of charge and is open to all expectant parents. Partners and support people are encouraged to attend.
